I lead the AI engineering: LLM-powered systems and agents that turn complex insurance workflows into reliable, automated software, from reading documents to handling submissions end to end.
Co-founded NOX Energy, a Belgian-American climate-tech startup that bridges grid operators and energy-efficient asset manufacturers to speed up the energy transition. We make heat pumps grid-flexible without sacrificing comfort. I built the technology from scratch through the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in New York, ran pilots with major manufacturers across Europe (BE, FR, NL, ES), and worked with industry and public stakeholders on efficiency and decarbonization.
Closed a $1M round led by Volve Capital, with Seeder and angel investors, to scale our software for heat-pump flexibility and grid balancing across Europe.

Graduated from TU Delft with an MSc in Computer Science (Data Science & AI). My thesis, KarGus, was a scalable knowledge-graph system for multi-document question answering built with NLP and Graph Neural Networks. It became the foundation for much of my work in applied AI.
